My vision for Inner Action Media has always been about more than building a successful marketing company.
When I started Inner Action Media in 2011, I was working at my kitchen table on a used iMac I purchased on Craigslist. The beginnings were modest, but I had a strong belief in what this company could become. I wanted to build something that mattered.
I’ve worked in marketing and advertising since May 1988. Over those years, I’ve learned that business is about much more than the work we produce or the money we earn. It’s about people, relationships, opportunities, and the difference we can make in the lives of others.
For more than a decade, I’ve lived by a simple personal motto: Love God. Value Life. Serve Others. My Christian faith is the foundation of that belief, and it shapes how I approach business, leadership, and life.
I believe business is an opportunity to serve. The people, talents, relationships, and resources entrusted to us come with a responsibility to use them wisely and generously.
My vision is for Inner Action Media to be an integrated marketing company that pursues excellence, embraces creativity and innovation, and genuinely cares for people. A place where employees are valued and encouraged to grow, clients are treated with care and respect, and our work makes a meaningful difference.
I want us to be successful and profitable. A healthy business creates jobs, provides for families, rewards hard work, and gives us greater opportunities to serve others.
But I never want financial success to be our only measure of success.
I want Inner Action Media to be known for exceptional work, strong relationships, integrity, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
Most of all, I want to build a company whose values and positive impact continue long after my time leading it has ended.
That’s my vision for Inner Action Media. And that’s the legacy I hope to leave.
